- Present a valid government-issued photo ID when requested.
- Be physically and mentally capable of participating in the activity.

Participants who appear to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any impairing substances will not be permitted to jump, and any booking payments may be forfeited.
The company reserves the right to refuse service if a participant does not meet safety requirements.
Booking & Reservations
Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, or through authorized booking platforms.
When booking a skydive, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information. A reservation may require a deposit or full payment depending on the booking method or promotional offer.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Skydiving activities are highly dependent on weather and operational safety.
Weather Cancellations
If weather conditions are unsafe for skydiving, your jump will be rescheduled to the next available date. Safety decisions are made solely by the company’s trained aviation staff.
Customer Cancellations
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule must contact the company within the timeframe specified at the time of booking.
Failure to appear for a scheduled reservation without notice may result in forfeiture of any deposit or payment made.
Refund eligibility may vary depending on booking terms, promotions, or group reservations.
Safety Policies
Safety is the highest priority at Middle Tennessee Skydiving. All jumps are conducted with licensed and experienced tandem instructors using professional-grade skydiving equipment and well-maintained aircraft.
Participants must:
- Attend the required safety briefing

- Wear appropriate clothing and footwear

Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in the cancellation of your jump without refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middle Tennessee Skydiving and its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim resulting from participation in skydiving activities.
This limitation applies to:

- Indirect or consequential damages
Participation in skydiving activities is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Photo & Video Packages
Middle Tennessee Skydiving offers optional photo and video packages to document your skydiving experience.
By purchasing a media package, you agree that:
- Recording may be subject to equipment limitations.
- While every effort is made to capture your jump, technical issues may occasionally occur.
- The company cannot guarantee specific angles, lengths, or content of recorded media.
Media products will be delivered according to the method described at the time of purchase.
Media Release
By participating in activities with Middle Tennessee Skydiving, you grant the company permission to use photos, videos, or other media captured during your experience for:
- Marketing materials
- Social media
- Website content
- Promotional advertising
If you prefer not to have your media used, you must notify the company in writing prior to your jump.
